Join Us for Our Volunteer Education and Recruitment Open House

Date: May 17th

Location: Edgewater Volunteer Fire Department, 529 Londontown Road, Edgewater, MD

What: Learn about ways to volunteer and the benefits.

Meet: Riding, admin, and auxiliary members.

Ways to Volunteer

Here are the options available for getting involved with the Edgewater Volunteer Fire Department:

  1. Riding Members: Train to respond to fires, perform rescues, and provide emergency medical assistance.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our fire department running smoothly, including record-keeping, event planning, and community outreach.
  3. Cadet Membership (Ages 13-15): Receive CPR training and basic knowledge of fire and emergency medical services
